Ingredients
2oz BEARFACE Matsutake Whisky
½ oz Averna
½ oz Sweet Vermouth
To Craft
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir, giving about 25ml dilution
- Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass
- Garnish with a twist of orange spritzed onto a leaf skeleton.
