Ingredients

2oz BEARFACE Matsutake Whisky
½ oz Averna
½ oz Sweet Vermouth

To Craft

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir, giving about 25ml dilution
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass
  3. Garnish with a twist of orange spritzed onto a leaf skeleton.
