Ingredients
- Bearface Oaxaca Release
- Lime Juice
- Apricot Jam
- Mexican Cinnamon Syrup*
* bring 1 litre of water to boil, add 20g cinnamon sticks or until desired flavour is achieved. Remove cinnamon and add 500g sugar, stir until fully dissolved. Remove from heat.
To Craft
Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously. Fine strain onto crushed ice. Garnish with mint, grapefruit zest and ground Mexican cinnamon.
